Nowadays, most common activity that causes death is smoking. Even non-smoker people in the community is being affected because when you are surrounded with many smokers there is the possibility that you have the higher or greater chance to have diseases specially in your circulatory and respiratory system. Drinking alcohol is also one of the other activities out there that can also affect our circulatory and respiratory systems. Alcohol is also dangerous to our body and mind because it controls not only our body but also our mind and it makes you to let out your heartaches that you hide from most of all from everyone.

Some Ways to Protect Our Circulatory System and                                      Respiratory System
1)Don't smoke(if smoking,stop it).

Inhaling cigarette smoke introduces damaging chemical compounds to the respiratory system and other organs in the body. The most harmful compounds include nicotine, tar, and carbon monoxide. In the short term, smoking can increase your heart rate, damage your clean-sweeping cilia, damage delicate tissues in your mouth, throat, bronchial tubes, and lungs, constrict your blood vessels, decrease the amount of oxygenated blood flow, form a thick tar coating all over your lungs, drive oxygen out of your red blood cells, inflame lungs and airway passages, reduce airflow, and develop “smokers’ cough”. In the long term, smoking can have serious negative impacts on your health.

2)Avoid often exposure.

Outdoor air pollution, secondhand smoke, radon, and chemicals in the home or workplace are examples of air pollutants that can also affect the condition of your lungs. The extent to which a person is harmed by air pollution is dependent upon 3 factors: total exposure to damaging chemicals, duration of exposure, and the concentration of the chemicals. Additionally, people with health problems such as asthma, heart disease, and lung disease, small children, and the elderly may be more sensitive to pollutants than others. The short-term effects from inhaling pollutants can include nose, throat, and mouth irritation, headaches, nausea, upper respiratory infections, and allergic reactions. The long-term effects from inhaling hazardous pollutants include chronic respiratory disease, lung cancer, heart disease, and brain, liver, nerve, and kidney damage. Making your home and car smoke-free, testing your home for radon, monitoring your region’s air pollutant levels, and staying indoors when the air pollutant levels are high are great ways to avoid exposure and stay healthy.

3)Prevent having Internal and External Infections.

Staying healthy and preventing infections of the respiratory system and circulatory system is another way to protect and preserve your body. A cold or other respiratory infection can sometimes become very serious. There are several things you can do to protect yourself: wash your hands often with soap and water, use alcohol-based cleaners if you cannot wash, avoid crowds during the cold and flu season, maintain good oral health to protect yourself from mouth germs leading to infections. Also, brush your teeth at least twice a day and see your dentist at least every 6 months. Additionally, get vaccinated every year against influenza and talk to your healthcare provider frequently. Regular check-ups are key steps to disease prevention. If you do get sick, keep it to yourself! Protect the people around you, including your loved ones, by keeping your distance. Stay home from work or school until you are feeling better.

4)Have a Healthy Lifestyle.

Having a healthy lifestyle can help you to prevent having diseases. Eat healthy foods 3 times a day and have a regular exercise and regular check-up. Make sure that all you do and eat can't harm you at all.

That's all I know and I hope I help you a bit but the choice is in your own  hands, think first before you do something and make sure that in every decision you make you will not regret after doing it.
